School Spirit
The 2014 Year One Orientation Camp, where students form the words "爱我立化". This shows that even the new members of the RV family shares a bond with the school. Every student of RV is part of the family and are not left out. The year ones start their live in RV with a BANG. Through the camp, they learn more about the school, and starts to love to school.
Happiness
The 2013 Sports Carnival, which us Greenions emerged as champion in the cheering competition! Every Greenions screamed with joy when the emcee announced us as the winner, our efforts during the practices and dedication during the competition has finally paid off. The experience was really meaningful and unforgettable, and the thrill we felt that day is still deeply etched in our minds. We learnt a lot from that event and through the process, everyone smiled and laughed a lot. Truly, it was the definition of happiness.
Fear
This is my maths test paper. The score isn't all good, right? Well, I had tried, maybe not hard enough, but I did. Math has never been my best subject, and I knew it well. I tried to improve my results, but to no avail. The score always turned out like this. I was scared of what my parents would say. They would be sad and disappointed, and so would I. Test, failure, more test, more failure. I'm sure this is the most torturous form of fear a student can every feel.
Life
A typical day in RV starts when Principal, Mrs Teo, or Discipline Mistress, Mrs Lok scolds the school and nags at us for various disciplinary matters. Most of the time there will be Student Council announcements, prize presentations, and many more. Morning assembly usually drags on forever and ever and ever. They say morning is the start of a new life, and this is our life.
